What We Make

We are a bean-to-bar chocolate brand built on traceability, fairness, and precision. Every bar starts with quality Thai cacao beans, fermented using data-driven methods that bring out the natural depth and complexity of Thai cacao.

Here is the part we are proud of: we publish our fermentation data for every single batch. Just like wine, every fermentation is unique. Temperature, timing, microbial activity — all of it shapes the final flavour. We think you deserve to taste that story and know exactly how it was made.

We practice Direct Trade, paying our farmers 200 THB/kg for cocoa beans, nearly double the global Fairtrade Minimum Price. That is the price we believe is fair, and we are not moving on it.

How We Source

Two ways to bring the best Thai beans to the bar.

GOcacao-Verified Beans

Direct from farms running our device. Full Digital Fermentation Passport data, complete traceability, premium price tied to real measurable performance.

Raw Pod Purchasing

We buy raw cacao pods at 25–35% above market rate and ferment them ourselves, controlling the process end-to-end and guaranteeing quality and traceability.

Either way, the farmer wins. That is non-negotiable.
